Delivery and returns

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within one working day. Across the UK, delivery takes two to four working days.

Delivery is free on orders over £40. Below that a flat rate is added at checkout, shown before you pay.

Duties and VAT are settled at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. If a courier ever asks you for money on delivery, refuse it and email us.

Returns

You have 30 days to return anything, opened or not. If a box did not suit you, that is reason enough.

Email us and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return reaches us, usually within five working days.

If something is wrong

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or your skin reacts to the formula, tell us and we will refund the box. Photographs help but are not required.

Subscriptions

You can skip a delivery, change the frequency, pause or cancel from your account at any time, without contacting anyone. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that order.
